Drivers are the backbone of this business. You’ll deliver orders safely and on-time, represent the store well at the door, and help the team inside between runs. You’ll learn how to move efficiently, stay organized under pressure, and build strong customer service skills that carry over anywhere.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver orders safely and efficiently: use GPS, drive responsibly, and get orders to customers on time
- Take care of customers: friendly handoff at the door, polite communication, and handle questions respectfully
- Handle order accuracy: verify items before leaving and communicate any issues back to the store
- Support the in-store team between deliveries: help with carryout customers, cut-table, phones, cleaning, and the makeline when needed
- Follow procedures: cash handling (when needed), delivery policies, and store standards
- Be a solid teammate: communicate, jump in where needed, and keep the shift running smooth
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, with no more than 3 moving violations and no more than 2 at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Reliable and on time
- Able to lift/carry up to ~15 lbs
- Willing to learn and follow procedures
