Driven and detail-oriented buyer responsible for purchasing foodservice vendor approved products. Processing purchase orders, receiving confirmation orders, working with logistics on up-to-date tracking. Maintain inventory of days on hand and establish service levels satisfactory. Analyzing current market trends, management of slow and unused product. Functions as a team member with vendor suppliers, brokers and staffing within the department and organization.
