**Job Title: Shipping Coordinator** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator for our 1st Shift from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. This role involves coordinating daily domestic and international shipments, including recurring international orders to Malaysia, using Oracle ERP and FedEx shipping systems. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate daily domestic and international shipments, including recurring orders to Malaysia. + Process shipments using Oracle ERP and FedEx systems; generate labels, packing slips, and shipping documents. + Communicate frequently via email with internal teams, carriers, and international contacts to confirm shipment details and changes. + Accurately document shipments, tracking numbers, export paperwork, and order updates. + Manage a high volume of new and changing orders in a fast-paced environment. + Package parts safely for shipment, including measuring, weighing, and selecting proper materials. + Build and prepare crates for larger or sensitive parts when required. + Ensure shipments meet carrier requirements and international shipping standards. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of shipping experience, preferably with FedEx and Oracle. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that offers great pay and benefits in a temperature-controlled environment.
