**Position Overview**
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable **Horticultural Technician** to support indoor and on-site plant care at client locations in the Dallas area. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for plants who enjoys working independently while delivering high-quality service.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine plant maintenance, including watering, pruning, cleaning, and general care
+ Monitor plant health and identify issues such as pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies
+ Maintain a consistent weekly schedule to ensure proper plant care and watering cycles
+ Communicate plant health concerns or service needs to the supervisor promptly
+ Provide professional, courteous service while working on client sites
**Required Qualifications**
+ Experience in horticulture, landscaping, or plant care preferred (training available)
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to plant health
+ Dependable and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
+ Reliable transportation for travel to client locations
**Nice-to-Have Skills**
+ Prior experience working in commercial or client-facing environments
+ Familiarity with identifying common plant pests and diseases

**Pay Details:** $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
