This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for plants who enjoys working independently while delivering high-quality service. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform routine plant maintenance, including watering, pruning, cleaning, and general care + Monitor plant health and identify issues such as pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies + Maintain a consistent weekly schedule to ensure proper plant care and watering cycles + Communicate plant health concerns or service needs to the supervisor promptly + Provide professional, courteous service while working on client sites **Required Qualifications** + Experience in horticulture, landscaping, or plant care preferred (training available) + Strong attention to detail and commitment to plant health + Dependable and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively + Reliable transportation for travel to client locations **Nice-to-Have Skills** + Prior experience working in commercial or client-facing environments + Familiarity with identifying common plant pests and diseases **Why This Role** + Flexible, part-time schedule + Hands-on work with plants in a professional setting + Ideal short-term opportunity for plant enthusiasts or horticulture professionals **Pay Details:** $15.00 to $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
