WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A RETAIL STORE ASSOCIATE

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate level computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage the workload
• Strong knowledge of order fulfillment procedures and administrative record-keeping
• High attention to detail
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with solid time management skills
• Ability to safely lift 30 lbs
• Basic math and pricing skills

Manufacturing experience is a plus!

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR RETAIL STORE ASSOCIATE

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

As our Retail Store Associate, you'll support customers, sales reps, and vendors by answering calls, assembling hydraulic hose assemblies, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and managing customer accounts. Your role balances hands-on tasks with administrative precision, focusing on building relationships, supporting sales, and ensuring smooth operations.
