A little about us

Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions is a precision CNC parts manufacturing organization with expertise in multi-axis machining of metal parts with complex geometries. We produce machined parts for the automotive, aerospace, military and industrial industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS a Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant

You will play a pivotal role in our quality department by handling data entry tasks and overseeing the maintenance of all Quality Assurance documents within our Quality Management system. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of QA functions, from ensuring compliance with the Internal Quality Assurance Manual and ISO 9000 and 9001 standards to assisting in Corrective/Preventative Action processes and analyzing data for actionable insights. By preparing detailed reports and offering recommendations for enhancements, you will directly contribute to our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience with Microsoft Access preferred.
  • In depth understanding of GD&T.
  • Working knowledge of different types of gaging and measurement methods.
  • Working knowledge of ISO and Calibration requirements.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

This individual must have good handwriting for documentation purposes. We want you to be safe, so you will be required to follow company established safety procedures. This individual must meet minimum vision standards, corrected or uncorrected, as follows: Snellen 14/18, 20/25 or better, Jaeger Type 2 at 14 inches, or Ortho-Rated 8. Last, but not least, for ITAR compliance, all employees at this location must be a US citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
