Highland Roofing Company is hiring a Lead Service Technician for our Commercial Roofing division in Wilmington, NC. We're looking for an experienced roofing professional who's ready to lead service and repair work on a variety of commercial roofing systems.

What You'll Do:
Lead leak repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial roofs
Work with systems like TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and shingles
Coordinate with service crews and project managers
Ensure work meets safety and quality standards
Communicate with clients in a professional and respectful manner
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of commercial roofing experience
Previous leadership experience is a plus (foreman, lead tech, etc.)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
