**Job Title: Welder**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic team as a skilled welder, where your expertise in MIG welding will be utilized in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. This role involves working on the second shift from 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding tasks, including flat, uphill, and downhill welding.
+ Participate in a scheduled weld test to demonstrate proficiency.
+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately to execute welding tasks.
+ Utilize flux core techniques as required.
+ Ensure quality and precision in all welding activities.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience with flux core welding techniques.
+ Middle-level welding skills with at least two years of experience.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Short interview process following a weld test.
+ No resume required; sub package accepted.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
