Position Summary
We are seeking a Digital Experience Lead to translate digital marketing and eCommerce strategies into high-impact, user-centric experiences across our website and digital platforms. This role requires a strong technical understanding of web design, front-end implementation, and platform optimization, combined with the ability to interpret SEO/SEM priorities and digital performance insights into visually compelling, conversion-driven digital content.
This individual will play a central role in ensuring our brand and digital strategy show up consistently and effectively across eCommerce, landing pages, digital campaigns, and website content - not by creating designs from scratch, but by understanding the foundational elements and evolving them into user-friendly, conversion-minded digital assets. They will collaborate closely with the Marketing Communications and Creative teams to ensure visual execution aligns with brand standards, while serving as the connective tissue between technical platform setup and design delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Experience Design Execution
- Translate business objectives, paid search insights, and SEO strategies into thoughtful web experiences that improve usability, engagement, and conversion.
- Leverage our existing tools (Shopify Plus, Shogun, Klaviyo, etc.) to design, configure, and deploy customer-facing website assets.
- Partner with the Senior Director, eCommerce & Digital Marketing to bring vision to life across homepage modules, landing pages, collection templates, and product experiences.
Web Platform & Front-End Execution
- Make updates to Shopify front-end using pre-existing brand components, custom modules, and HTML/Liquid where necessary.
- Build and maintain web assets such as seasonal landing pages, SEO blog templates, promotional banners, and homepage features.
- Partner with the eCommerce Manager / Shopify Site Administrator on Shopify site optimization and functionality enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between eCommerce and the Marketing Communications/Creative teams to ensure digital marketing goals are executed accurately and effectively.
- Provide design direction and asset requests aligned to SEO/SEM strategy and website needs.
- Review creative outputs to ensure they meet channel requirements and web performance expectations (e.g., load speed, mobile formatting, CRO best practices).
Tool Expertise & Ownership
- Operate as the power user and executor across digital design and experience platforms:
- Shopify Plus (storefront layout, email templates, homepage modules)
- Shogun (landing page design and publishing)
- Klaviyo (template optimization and automation layout)
- Klevu, Nosto, SEMRush, Hootsuite, Microsoft Clarity
- Ensure web and campaign assets are deployed accurately, consistently, and in line with strategic goals.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, web design, or eCommerce operations
- Proficiency in Shopify Plus, Shogun, and HTML/Liquid for basic web editing
- Strong understanding of digital design principles, responsive UX, and conversion-focused layouts
- Ability to translate high-level business and SEO/SEM strategy into practical, visual execution
- Demonstrated success collaborating with creative teams and managing multiple design inputs in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Klevu, Nosto, SEMRush, Microsoft Clarity, and related tools
- Excellent attention to detail, layout logic, and brand consistency
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, iterative mindset
