The Occupational Therapist assures that the highest degree of quality resident care, customer service, fiscal responsibility and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with screening of all new admits and re-admits to the facility.
• Develops treatment plans and programs
• Provides quality care that meets resident's goals and needs

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
• Current registration to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Minnesota.
• LTC or TCU experience is preferred
