Are you a payroll professional ready to take on a leadership role? Waukesha State Bank is seeking a Lead Payroll Services Advisor to join our Payroll Complete team. In this role, you'll serve as a key resource for all payroll processing activities, oversee a team of Payroll Advisors and Coordinators, and ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll assist with client setups, lead ancillary service upgrades, support escalated client calls, and collaborate with software vendors to resolve issues. Your ability to identify and implement process improvements will help drive our team's continued success.

The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of payroll processing and tax experience, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and a willingness to learn new systems is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
