WHAT IS THE JOB?

As a member of the Web Team, the role of E-Commerce Coordinator is an exciting role bringing products to life on-site and implementing site marketing and merchandising updates that enhance the customer experience. This role owns all aspects of the on-site product life cycle from launch planning, content accuracy and implementation through to end-of-season and sale for both Sid and Ann Mashburn. Working cross-functionally with our Creative, Brand Marketing and Merchandising teams this role will flawlessly execute new product launches. This is a four-month contractor role with an expected start date around July 1, 2025.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Accountable for on-time and accurate execution of all elements of product launches.
  • Uploading and maintaining key site content areas such as homepages, blogs, image blocks, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally with merchandising, sourcing, and creative teams to build and maintain product accuracy.
  • Implement and maintain data-informed best practices for product and site merchandising

WHAT ARE THE SKILLS?

  • Hands-on experience managing product catalogs, collections, tags, metafields and variants within Shopify.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel (including vlookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.).
  • Data and customer-focused mindset with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Driven, resourceful problem-solver and team player with a "no task is too small" attitude.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a deep desire to work in a highly cross-functional and entrepreneurial setting.
