Job Description
**CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant Salesforce opening for our client in Chicago, IL.**
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 12 months
**Duties:**
+ Act as the subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to senior management and executive stakeholders.
+ Lead client engagements for Salesforce and Veeva PromoMats implementations, specifically in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors (pharma, medical device, consumer health, etc.).
+ Analyze complex client and vendor requirements and translate them into actionable plans and solutions.
+ Drive configuration and customization of Salesforce CRM solutions, including integrations with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and content management systems.
+ Ensure regulatory compliance and effective content lifecycle management through tools like Veeva Vault, Documentum, and others.
+ Oversee the implementation and optimization of Claims, Modular Content, MLR review, and related workflows.
+ Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners.
+ Provide post-deployment support, issue resolution, and enhancement recommendations.
**Skills:**
+ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
+ Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and Veeva platforms.
+ Expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions such as Aprimo, Adobe, Bynder, etc.
+ Familiarity with content management tools in regulated environments, including Veeva Vault, Documentum, Vodori.
+ Proficiency in leading client workshops, gathering business requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.
+ Solid understanding of healthcare and life sciences industry regulations and processes.
**Experience:**
+ Prior consulting experience is required.
+ Proven success in implementing Veeva PromoMats and Salesforce CRM solutions.
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships at the executive level.
+ Strong background in content review processes, digital asset workflows, and claims management.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is required.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $170,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
