Job Responsibilities:

As a Technical Trainer, your duties will include:

• Training & Development
  Lead classroom and field training on pest biology, treatment methods, safety, and equipment use. Develop engaging materials and assess technician competencies to support growth.

• Leadership & Culture
  Model integrity, quality, and service. Mentor technicians and promote a culture of learning, professionalism, and pride in work.

• Communication & Collaboration
  Offer technical insight for customer communications and help improve service processes.
• Technical Support & Quality Assurance
  Provide expert support on complex pest issues, conduct ride-alongs, deliver real-time coaching, and implement strategies to reduce repeat services.

• Regulatory Compliance
  Ensure all practices meet regulatory and internal standards. Maintain training records and stay current on laws, labels, and safety updates.

• Research & Innovation
  Stay informed on industry trends, evaluate new products and technologies, and recommend updates to treatment protocols.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in entomology, biology, environmental science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of pest biology and integrated pest management (IPM) principles.
• Excellent classroom teaching and field coaching skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead by example and instill company values in others.
• State certification or license as a commercial pesticide applicator (or ability to obtain quickly)
