Job Description
**Description** **Position Summary** The Vice President, Regional Data & AI leads all regional Data, Analytics, and AI teams and is accountable for regional execution, localization, and adoption of enterprise and functional Data & AI products, platforms, and capabilities. This role sits alongside the Functional Data & AI Product VPs and the Build Organization, and exists to ensure that centrally developed analytics, AI solutions, and data platforms are successfully deployed, localized, and embedded into regional business operations. The VP owns regional Data & AI roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery, and partners closely with global product and platform leaders to sequence rollouts, deliver dependencies, and enable market-specific extensions-such as local data pipelines, regional CDPs, or localized AI use cases (e.g., market-specific copy generation for China). All regional D&A resources across Americas , APAC & TR, EUKEM report into this role with a tight relationship with China, creating clear accountability and a consistent engagement model for regional business leadership. **Description** **Regional Leadership & Operating Model** + Lead and manage all regional Data, Analytics, AI, BI, and regional data engineering teams. + Establish a consistent regional Data & AI operating model aligned to enterprise strategy, platforms, and standards. + Serve as the single point of accountability for regional Data & AI execution. **Regional Roadmaps & Prioritization** + Own regional Data & AI roadmaps, aligned to enterprise and functional product strategies. + Prioritize regional initiatives based on business value, readiness, and dependency on central platforms or products. + Coordinate regional delivery plans with Global Product and Build leaders to ensure dependencies are sequenced and delivered. + Ensure regional investments reinforce global capabilities and avoid duplication. **Localization & Regional Enablement** + Drive localization of centrally delivered analytics and AI solutions to meet regional market needs (e.g., language, regulatory, consumer behavior, channel mix). + Enable and govern regional data pipelines, local datasets, and market-specific integrations where global data is unavailable or insufficient. + Oversee regional use of local CDPs or consumer data environments, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and privacy standards. + Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Governance teams to ensure compliance with regional data regulations. **Long Description** **Description (Cont.)** **Delivery, Adoption & Business Impact** + Ensure regional teams deliver analytics and AI solutions that are embedded into day-to-day workflows. + Drive adoption of central platforms and tools through change management and enablement. + Track delivery performance, adoption, and business impact of regional Data & AI initiatives. + Act as escalation point for regional delivery, prioritization, or resourcing issues. **Collaboration with Global Product & Build Teams** + Partner with Functional Data & AI Product VPs to inform product roadmaps with regional requirements. + Collaborate with the Build Organization to deliver platform, data, and AI dependencies required for regional execution. + Support piloting and scaled rollout of global solutions across regions. **Governance & Standards** + Ensure regional adherence to enterprise data governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI standards. + Reduce fragmentation by identifying redundant regional solutions and migrating to global capabilities where available. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. + 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or technology-enabled transformation. + Proven experience leading large, multi-region or global teams. + Strong experience operating in complex, regulated, multi-market environments. + Deep understanding of analytics, BI, AI, and data platforms (conceptual and applied). + Demonstrated ability to balance global standardization with local flexibility. + Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior regional leadership.
