**Senior Program Manager**
Tektronix Component Solutions is looking for a strategic and driven Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact microelectronics manufacturing and testing programs at our Beaverton, OR headquarters. In this role, you'll be at the center of program execution and decision making -guiding cross-functional teams, shaping customer solutions, and driving execution from concept to delivery. **Responsibilities:**
+ Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program outcomes on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
+ Implement Daily and Visual Management tools to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
+ Serve as the primary liaison between external customers and internal leadership, delivering clear program updates and risk assessments.
+ Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure program continuity and customer satisfaction.
+ Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across technical and business teams.
**Skills & Experience:**
+ A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering results.
+ Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate complex decisions and trade-offs clearly in written and spoken English.
+ Strong leadership skills, including demonstrated abilities in motivating, coaching, and conflict resolution.
+ Demonstrate ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence in a matrixed organization.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
+ 7+ years of program management experience, ideally in microelectronics or semiconductor industries.
+ Experience with defense customers and compliance standards (e.g., ITAR) is a plus.
+ PMI/PMP certification preferred; equivalent experience or training considered.

**Bonus or Equity**
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
**Pay Range**
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 120,500.00 - 223,900.00
**Is this role subject to ITAR?**
The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations. Accordingly, candidates must either be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or be prepared to collaborate with the company in securing the necessary U.S. government export authorizations.
