We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and team-oriented individual to join our Fairfield, NJ team as a Sales Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude and a passion for customer engagement and sales. Experience in the construction or building materials industry is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout your assigned territory. You'll be expected to proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold-calling and other lead-generation strategies, while also responding to inbound sales inquiries and processing customer orders efficiently.
A significant part of the role involves using CRM and ERP systems to manage customer communications, track purchase history, and generate quotes, sales contracts, and other relevant documents. You'll monitor inventory levels, stay attuned to market trends and customer preferences, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. In collaboration with internal departments, you'll help resolve customer concerns and support accounts receivable processes, including payment collection.
Your responsibilities will also extend beyond the office, requiring in-person client visits across the Northeast U.S. region and occasional travel to trade shows. Additional clerical and administrative tasks will be part of your day-to-day, contributing to the smooth operation of the sales team and overall customer satisfaction.
