As a Warehouse Associate, the incumbent's purpose is to efficiently receive, unpack, arrange, store, gather, pick/pack, prepare, and load goods for dispatching according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fulfillment processes.
The incumbent will carefully pack selected items into appropriate containers, applying proper cushioning and packaging materials to prevent damage during transit, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks, meet daily production goals, and contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
- Perform Regular Inventory Counts: Conduct scheduled cycle counts and annual physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Monitor Stock Levels: Regularly check stock levels and reorder points, and notify management of low or excessive inventory.
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter inventory data into the warehouse management system, ensuring up-to-date records.
- Organize Warehouse: Arrange and organize products in the warehouse according to established protocols, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Prepare Shipments: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operation

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are essential for handling packages and operating equipment safely and efficiently. The ability to work in diverse conditions, including exposure to moderate noise levels, fluctuating temperatures, and occasionally dusty or crowded spaces, is also required to ensure the smooth operation of warehouse activities.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Indoor warehouse environment where the temperature is regulated by swamp cooler and industrial fans with extended standing hours and periodic outdoor exposure to extreme weather in summer and winter.
