Our installations total OVER 18,000 homes in suburban Chicagoland, southern Wisconsin, and northwest Indiana. We supply, install, and service all types of flooring, including tile, vinyl, LVP, hardwood, and natural stone.

Work Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, on average 5-10 hours overtime expected weekly

Pay Scale: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience + Benefits

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• At least 2 years of flooring installation experience
• Fluent English and professional appearance
• Flooring installation tools
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to follow standard practices and safety protocols
• Positive attitude
