**Warehouse Associate** **Location:** Little Rock, AR **Pay:** $16.50 per hour **Shifts Available:** + Tuesday - Saturday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM + Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM **Position Overview** As a Warehouse Associate in Little Rock, AR, you'll play a key role in ensuring freight moves efficiently and accurately. You'll work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment alongside an experienced management team within the transportation industry. **Key Responsibilities** + Assist with shipping and receiving, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise + Match purchase orders to shipping documents and distribute orders for processing + Read and process customer orders, work orders, and shipping requisitions + Monitor daily pick‑ups and deliveries; verify on‑time and accurate arrivals + Take check calls from drivers and validate load data prior to close‑out + Assemble products and assist with inventory counts as needed + Maintain a clean, accessible, and safe warehouse environment + Follow all safety policies and procedures **Qualifications** + Basic written and verbal communication skills + Basic computer skills + Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram instructions + Dock or warehouse experience preferred + Experience loading/unloading trailers and using handheld scanners preferred + Flexibility to work varying schedules based on freight volume **Physical Requirements** + Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds + Ability to load and unload trucks **Why Join Us** You'll be supported by a motivated, team‑driven environment focused on safety, innovation, and career growth.
