Who We Are Looking For

The Installation Specialist is primarily responsible for: delivering, installing, connecting, and configuring Multi-Function Printers to our client's networks, as well as training customers on the operations of their newly-purchased equipment. The Image and Print Integration Specialist is responsible for providing quality services and solutions to our clients while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.

  • 1 year of IT work experience
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
  • Basic knowledge of printer/copier machines
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent customer-facing interaction

  • Ability to lift 100+ lbs.
  • Ability to drive a box truck: CDL not required, but ability to pass state-administered health exam for driving is required
  • Valid Driver's License

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide customized training to end users
  • Complete the connectivity of equipment by installing printer software onto workstations and servers and installing/configuring scanning software
  • Test all functions and applications prior to leaving client to ensure newly installed equipment operates to client's expectations
  • Drive company box truck safely to client locations; load and unload equipment safely
  • Troubleshoot all issues that arise during network installation, training and/or testing utilizing all resources available to ensure complete client satisfaction
  • Create, maintain, and safeguard all company assigned training and installation tools and materials
  • Research and keep up to date with new and existing products supported by the MFP Connectivity Team
  • Assist Sales Representatives with pre-sales questions and assist on demonstrations for potential clients as requested
  • Rebuild, reinstall OS and update various print controllers
  • Attend required company and departmental meetings
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor or manager.

Job Type: Full-Time, M-F 8am - 5pm
