Description We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager for an oncology practice in the healthcare field. The ideal candidate will bring oncology practice management experience and a proven ability to lead operations, ensure patient satisfaction, and maintain adherence to policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: + Scheduling Leadership: Oversee day-to-day scheduling activities to ensure smooth operations. + Supervision of Front-Line Staff: Provide strong leadership to front desk and administrative personnel, including performance management, training, and development. + Patient Flow Management: Coordinate and streamline patient workflows, from front desk interactions through billing processes, ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence. + Enhance Patient Experience: Actively develop and maintain best practices to ensure patients receive an exceptional and compassionate experience throughout their care journey. + Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure the practice adheres to all established policies and procedures for healthcare service delivery and administrative processes. + Supply and Inventory Management: Oversee ordering, stocking, and inventory management for supplies to guarantee uninterrupted practice operations. Requirements + Significant Experience in Oncology Practice Management + Knowledge of patient flow, clinical billing processes, and healthcare-specific scheduling. + Proven leadership skills in supervising and developing staff. + A solid understanding of healthcare policies and procedures. + Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
