We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our services industry client. 100% remote, EST or Central time zone hours.
In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing our online presence, developing creative strategies, and maintaining our brand's reputation in the cleaning industry. Responsibilities:
- Create and publish engaging blog posts on a monthly basis to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, ensuring consistent messaging and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with external agencies to optimize social media campaigns and maximize outreach.
- Monitor online reviews and address negative feedback to safeguard the company's reputation.
- Plan and implement digital advertising campaigns using tools like Google Ads and Bing to drive traffic and conversions.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Manage the company's content management system (CMS) to ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Enhance brand awareness through strategic campaign planning and execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Requirements - Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management and blogging.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong understanding of reputation management strategies and tools.
- Ability to create compelling content tailored to various audiences and platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry or similar service-oriented sectors is a plus.
