**Position Summary**
The Institute for Entrepreneurship (I4E) is seeking a dynamic, community-minded part-time Program Facilitator to support the delivery of high-impact entrepreneurial programs through our Venture Development Pathway (VDP), community-facing events, and other campus and community initiatives.
The Program Facilitator will support program execution, coaching/mentorship, event operations, and community engagement. The role contributes directly to strengthening CSU's entrepreneurial ecosystem and elevating I4E's presence across campus and Northern Colorado.

**Essential Job Duties:**
+ Facilitate workshops, sessions, and cohort activities for our Venture Development Pathway and other I4E programs.
+ Meet regularly with student and community founders to provide mentorship, accountability, and strategic guidance and serve as a connector between founders and the broader I4E mentor network, community partners, investors, and campus resources.
+ Track founder progress and contribute to program outcome reporting.
+ Support coordination and execution of community-facing entrepreneurship events and partnerships
+ Represent I4E at ecosystem events, strengthening relationships with partners, mentors, alumni, and local organizations.
+ Assist with recruitment efforts for I4E programs, including event outreach, tabling, and engagement with campus and community groups.

+ The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States by the proposed start date; the Institute for Entrepreneurship will not sponsor a visa for this position now nor in the future.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. (e.g. high school diploma and 3 or more years related experience)
+ At least 1-3 years of experience in program facilitation, entrepreneurship, education, or community engagement.
+ Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfort facilitating groups of diverse learners.
+ Ability to mentor, coach, or advise early-stage entrepreneurs.
+ Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
+ Availability for occasional evening events or workshops.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience supporting or working within startup ecosystems, accelerators, incubators, or venture development programs.
+ Familiarity with lean startup methodology, customer discovery frameworks, or early-stage venture design.
+ Experience organizing events, workshops, or community programming.
+ Knowledge of CSU, the College of Business, and I4E's "Zero Barriers" philosophy.
+ Strong public speaking or facilitation background.

**Salary Range**
$34,000 - $36,000
