About the Role
Nutanix is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Partner Engagement Specialist to join our Global Partner Marketing Team. This role is focused on building and scaling digital programs that engage, connect, and enable our Partner Ecosystem which includes Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Distributors, Service Providers (SPs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), Strategic Alliances, and OEM partners.
You will play a key role in delivering impactful virtual events, maintaining global-facing partner web content, coordinating key engagement campaigns, and supporting the operations behind our digital partner programs - with the goal of increasing engagement, knowledge, advocacy, and satisfaction across our top partner communities.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Event Support
+ Project manage and coordinate quarterly virtual global events for NutanixPartner Community programs
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Partner Marketing, Product and Solutions Marketing, Channel Programs, Sales) to identify speakers, curate content, and drive partner engagement.
+ Ensure smooth registration, promotion, technical setup, and follow-up communications for each virtual event.
+ Coordinate in person activities aligned to major industry and company events..
Webinar Program Management
+ Lead execution of the Global Partner Webinar Series:
+ Schedule webinars, manage speaker logistics, collect and QA content.
+ Coordinate email, social media, and portal-based promotions.
+ Monitor attendance, engagement, and analyze post-event data for continuous improvement.
Partner Enablement & Onboarding Support
+ Maintain and update partner onboarding journeys and collateral.
+ Work cross-functionally to ensure all partner training paths and enablement tools are up to date, accessible, and aligned with business goals.
+ Support new partner onboarding operations and communications as needed.
Partner Asset & Tools Management
+ Maintain and update the partnerfacing content management systems (CMS), ensuring proper version control, localization, and discoverability.
+ Support field and partner content/tool requests and contribute to adoption efforts.
Partner Webpages & Content Operations
+ Manage quarterly updates and refreshes for approximately 7 global partner web pages (across SP, GSI, OEM, Reseller, Distributor segments).
+ Collaborate with web, UX, and content teams to ensure messaging is current, relevant, and aligned with ongoing campaigns.
+ Monitor page performance with Adobe Analytics web team
Communications
+ Own the global Partner Events Calendar process
+ Ensure accurate and timely updates across all comms and partner-facing platforms.
+ Work with regional and global teams to gather inputs, align messaging, and streamline visibility across channels.
Social Media & Content Support
+ Identify new opportunities for partner engagement through programs, contests, spotlights, and recognition initiatives
+ Create relevant community content, including event recaps, social captions, joint blogs, and newsletter articles
Qualifications
+ 2-4 years of experience in partner programs, digital marketing, virtual event coordination, or related fields.
+ Proven experience managing webinars, events, or community programs at scale.
+ Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
+ Familiarity with CMS tools, webinar platforms (Zoom, ON24, etc.), and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Salesforce).
+ Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) a plus.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred Skills
+ Experience working with technology channel partners or in a B2B enterprise tech environment.
+ Knowledge of partner ecosystems including Resellers, Distributors, OEMs.
+ Experience in digital content operations, asset management, or community building is a strong plus.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $69,600 and USD $139,200 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
