Residence Inn by Marriott is adding a Night Audit Front Desk Agent to our team!

This individual must have great customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and can comfortably work alone as well as on a team. Must have weekend availability.

• 3rd shift (11pm to 7am)
• Starting pay $15+ per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Posts charges and balances daily transactions.
• Executes end of night closeout procedures as well as prepare for the new day.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
