Whether you're just starting out or bring years of experience, this is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge aircraft and grow your career in a high-demand field. **What You'll Do** + Inspect and examine aircraft components, diagnosing malfunctions as needed + Read and interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals, ATA codes, and service bulletins + Perform routine maintenance, including powerplant and component replacements + Complete tasks efficiently and to FAA, customer, and company quality standards + Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts usage **Qualifications** **Required:** + Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license + Experience using hand tools, reading schematics, and following work instructions + Ability to lift over 30 lbs + Familiarity with aviation industry standards and procedures **Preferred:** + 3-5+ years of experience (entry-level candidates may be considered depending on client needs) + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety **Why Join Us?** At **PDS Tech Commercial** , we believe in empowering our people.
