Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our vacation homes are spotless, well-stocked, and ready for guest arrivals. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and passionate about maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hospitality with attention to detail!

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Property Preparation

• Clean vacation rental homes thoroughly, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
• Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
• Remove trash and restock essential supplies.
• Inspect properties for any maintenance issues and report them to the manager.

Guest Readiness & Quality Control

• Ensure each property meets cleanliness and presentation standards before guest check-in.
• Arrange furniture and décor according to company guidelines.
• Double-check that all appliances and amenities are in working order.

Laundry & Supplies Management

• Collect, wash, dry, and fold linens as needed.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to clean thoroughly and spot areas that need extra attention.
• Time Management: Work efficiently to complete tasks within required timeframes.
• Reliability: Dependable and able to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Team Player: Works well independently and with other team members.

Part-time hours with opportunity for additional hours must be available to work weekends, and other hours throughout the week, days may vary. 9:30am-6pm.  Pay starts at $18.00 an hour while in Training + Summer Bonuses ($21.60/hr) for Experienced Staff.
