You'll coach your team, drive performance in your department, and help build a workplace where people want to stay and grow. What You'll Do: As a People Manager, you'll: + Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and crew retention + Ensure training plans are followed and verified + Recognize and grow talent from within + Support staffing to meet business needs As a Hospitality Manager, you'll: + Lead the guest experience at front counter, Drive-Thru, and McCafé + Execute sales promotions and service procedures + Train and coach the team to deliver fast, friendly, accurate service + Champion cleanliness, friendliness, and speed of service metrics All Department Managers: + Lead shifts and support restaurant goals + Develop crew and Shift Managers through training and feedback + Set goals, delegate tasks, and report progress to the leadership team + Foster a fun, high-performing, people-first culture Who We're Looking For: + 1-2 years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality + Strong communication and organizational skills + Flexible schedule availability, including weekends + Must be 18+ years old + A passion for people and leadership A Few More Details You Should Know: This role is with Capital City McDonald's, a family-owned and operated franchisee of McDonald's with 16 locations across Central Illinois.
