We are currently looking for an Experienced Residential Retrofit Installer to join our team!
Pay Rate: $30.00-$42.00/hour Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:
- In charge of executing quality residential retrofit HVAC installs
- Excellent communication with homeowners
- Ability to install AC, Furnace and HWH systems from start to finish and commissioning/start up
- Manage project timelines and work scope
- Ability to keep track of tools and be well organized
- Manage all required paperwork pertaining to the AC install
- Explain the system to the homeowner once installed
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Help train and develop the HVAC install helper as needed
Requirements:
- 3 years HVAC Lead Installer experience
- Advanced knowledge of AC, Refrigeration and Heating principles
- Journeyman Install Experience is helpful
- EPA Certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
- Driver's license with insurable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
