**CTG is seeking to fill a Package Specialist Enterprise Asset Management AMS - Optim for our client in Dallas, TX.** **Location:** Dallas, TX **Duration:** 3 months **Duties:** + Provide subject matter expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) with a focus on IBM Maximo and IBM Optim. + Implement data archiving strategies using IBM Optim to support data lifecycle management. + Analyze Maximo data structure and ensure alignment with data retention and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX). + Execute SQL scripts to extract, archive, and manage data effectively. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful data migration, archiving, and validation efforts. + Maintain and troubleshoot data archiving processes and optimize performance as needed. + Document processes, procedures, and configurations for knowledge transfer and compliance. **Skills:** + Strong expertise in IBM Maximo and IBM Optim. + In-depth knowledge of Maximo database structures and schemas. + Proficiency with Oracle databases and SQL scripting. + Familiarity with data retention regulations and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and SOX. + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. + Strong communication and collaboration abilities. **Experience:** + 3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo. + 5+ years of experience using IBM Optim for data archiving and lifecycle management. + Demonstrated experience developing and executing SQL scripts for data extraction and archiving. + Experience with Oracle database platforms. + Proven track record supporting regulatory and compliance-driven data strategies. **Education** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
