**Job Title: MIG Welder $25-30/hour** **Openings on 1st shift 6AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday and** **2nd shift 2PM-12:30AM Monday-Thursday, OT on Fridays** **Job Description** MIG Welder in a fabrication shop is responsible for welding metal components using MIG welding techniques to meet production and quality standards. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, setting up welding equipment, and performing welds on various metal types and thicknesses. The MIG Welder ensures weld integrity, follows safety procedures, maintains equipment, and works collaboratively with the fabrication team to complete projects efficiently and accurately. **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret work orders and blueprints to understand project requirements, specifications, and priorities. + Perform general labor duties in the machine shop to support production and daily operations. + Assist in other areas of the shop as needed to ensure smooth workflow and on-time completion of projects. + Welding in various positions.
