This role presents a unique opportunity to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight in our recently expanded, state-of-the-art Emergency Department in Vancouver, Washington. **About the Facility** Our expanded Emergency Department reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care while addressing whole-person healing. Among its many advanced features are: + **68 private treatment rooms** , with plans for expansion to 76 rooms by 2026, ensuring patient comfort and privacy. + **Nine centralized nursing stations** , designed to enhance efficiency and caregiver accessibility. + **Five cutting-edge trauma rooms** within our esteemed Level II Trauma Center, a critical resource serving all of Southwest Washington. + **Eight ambulance bays** , streamlining patient transfers. + A dedicated **clinical education room** , emphasizing the continuous development of our caregivers' expertise. + The innovative **Community Health Hub** , in collaboration with community partners, addressing social determinants of health and ensuring comprehensive care for the community's most vulnerable members.
