**Lead the Transformation: Nursing Director - Emergency at PeaceHealth Vancouver's Newly Expanded ED**
PeaceHealth, a mission-driven, not-for-profit healthcare system, is seeking a distinguished and accomplished professional to assume the position of **Director of Nursing - Emergency Department** . This role presents a unique opportunity to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight in our recently expanded, state-of-the-art Emergency Department in Vancouver, Washington.

+ **Five cutting-edge trauma rooms** within our esteemed Level II Trauma Center, a critical resource serving all of Southwest Washington.

**Qualifications We're Looking For**
+ A **Master's degree** in Nursing, Healthcare, or Business.
+ A minimum of **five (5) years of progressive leadership experience** in Emergency Department nursing, including at least three (3) years in a managerial role.
+ Current **clinical expertise in emergency nursing** , with a demonstrated ability to achieve Emergency Department quality metrics.
+ Experience with **state and federal regulatory healthcare compliance** .
+ Prior **trauma center experience** is essential.
+ A current **Registered Nurse (RN) license** in the state of Washington. Specialty certification required within three years.
