We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Corporate Leasing Consultant to support our Leasing Operations team. This role will play a key part in ensuring a seamless leasing experience for prospective and current residents throughout our entire portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all administrative functions related to leasing activities
• Schedule property tours and apartment showings
• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective renters and current residents
• Assist callers with all inquiries, concerns, or property requests
• Meet daily/weekly call performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics
• Contribute to property marketing initiatives and campaigns

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Interest in Real Estate and Property Management
