Client is looking for Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of key programs and initiatives. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure program goals are met on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the planning and execution of assigned programs and initiatives
+ Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal departments and external partners
+ Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
+ Monitor program performance and provide regular status updates to leadership
+ Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
+ Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and funding requirements
+ Support process improvements and operational efficiencies across programs
+ Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
+ 5+ years of program or project management experience
+ Experience working in nonprofit, social services, or government-funded programs preferred
+ Strong organizational and project management skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Preferred Experience:
+ Familiarity with early childhood education programs or child care services
+ Experience managing federally or state-funded programs
+ Knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements in nonprofit settings
