Job Description
**Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician**
Join a growing battery manufacturing company as a Maintenance Technician. You'll be responsible for keeping machines running smoothly through repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.
**Shift:**
+ 1st
**Pay:**
+ Up to $39 an hour
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and machinery
+ Troubleshoot issues with motors, circuits, and control systems
+ Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
+ Wire new equipment up to 480V
+ Replace faulty components like switches, breakers, and wiring
+ Follow safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out
+ Work closely with engineers and production teams
+ Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs
**Required Skills**
+ At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
+ Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems
+ Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation
+ Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
+ Experience with PLCs
**Work Schedule and Environment**
+ Small team of four technicians
+ Clean and organized manufacturing facility

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $39.00/hr.
