Summary/Objective:
The primary objective of the Modular Client Solutions Executive is to identify modular construction opportunities and offer technical solutions while maintaining customer relations in order to achieve divisional contract award and margin targets.
Essential Functions:
- Identify and develop client relationships to generate new business opportunities in for MEP and FP modular construction markets
- Work with the team to enrich current client relationships for repeat business opportunities
- Evaluate viability of project opportunities
- Work with technical resources to offer modular solutions to traditional construction clients
- Collaborate with marketing to create, promote, and maintain presentation tools
- Promote Atlantic Modular nationally and create positive brand recognition
- Lead the estimate, presentation and proposal process
- Follow up with proposals for feedback and negotiation of pricing
- Manage favorable contract terms through award and execution
- Meet or exceed annual contract award volume and margin targets
- Performs other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibility: No
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in construction, Business, or related field with a minimum of 3 years professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in industrial / commercial construction environment
- Proven ability to establish and grow successful relationships with key decision makers
- Knowledge of conceptual estimating of HVAC, Plumbing and Process Piping
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- Strong written and verbal communication, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills
- Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite, to include MS Project, and Access
- Must adhere to all company policy and procedures.
- Must be available to work assigned schedules

- Works in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment
- Position will require visits to customer offices and construction sites
Physical Demands:
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier, filing cabinets and fax machines
Travel:
Preferred:
- Previous Business Development experience in Modular Construction
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial sales processes
- Mechanical industry experience
- Prior military experience
