Description You will support patient meal service operations by preparing and setting up tray assembly stations, ensuring all necessary supplies, food items, and condiments are in place. You will assist patients with menu selections and distribute meals in accordance with prescribed diet orders. You will maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards while keeping a clean and organized work environment. You will collect and transport meal trays and food carts, deliver snacks to patients, and support overall tray service as needed. You will also work in the dishroom and pot room, performing cleaning and housekeeping duties, along with other responsibilities as assigned.
