Warranty Clerk – Bowser Automotive

Bowser Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing warranty claims, managing damaged inventory returns, and supporting efficient operations between departments and external vendors.

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for returning damaged inventory to vendors
• Package and ship parts as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including credits, invoices, and adjustments
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support additional tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and ability to work across departments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license in good standing
