MetroLINK Van Drivers provide a variety of specialized services including transporting special needs clients to ARC of the Quad Cities and providing an on-demand, curb-to-curb micro-transit service for the Village of Milan. MetroLINK is seeking individuals committed to kind, caring, outstanding customer service. Van drivers must be comfortable driving motor vehicles and be committed to providing safe and effective transportation to passengers. Van Drivers work approximately 18-25 hours per week at a pay rate of $20.20 per hour. Drivers must have open availability for all days and work shifts.

Qualifications:

• 21 years of age
• Excellent driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to pass a post-job offer Department of Transportation drug screen
• Must be able to pass an operator physical
