Our Heating and Cooling Service Manager works from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday and earns $80,000 - $200,000/year (based on qualifications and performance).

HEATING AND COOLING SERVICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll oversee a small team of residential HVAC technicians, tracking their daily progress and making sure they complete the highest quality of work for customers. This management role involves documenting activities, providing technical guidance, and adjusting strategies/processes as needed to improve efficiency and productivity. If you have some hands-on HVAC experience under your belt and are ready for a dynamic management position, this is the role for you!

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• 5+ years of hands-on field experience
