The Role

We are currently recruiting a Seasonal Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at the Carriage House.

Open to both residents and non-residents, The Carriage House welcomes guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Located just a three-minute walk from the Manor House, this magnificently restored venue offers stunning views across the estate and has been thoughtfully designed as a dining destination of effortless luxury and relaxed elegance.

By day, it provides the perfect setting for guests to pause between estate activities and enjoy a light lunch in refined surroundings. By evening, The Carriage House transforms into a vibrant and welcoming space where guests linger over exceptional cuisine before finishing the night with a drink on the terrace as dusk settles over the estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and engaging service to all guests
• Deliver food and beverage service to the highest standards
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge across menus and offerings
• Ensure tables are set and maintained to exceptional standards
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations at every opportunity
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the outlet

About You

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role is desirable
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude with a proactive, team-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation
• Flexible and adaptable, particularly during busy service periods
