What You'll Do:

  • Lead water mitigation crews on residential and commercial projects
  • Manage and perform job site activities, including water extraction, demolition, drying, and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, project manager, and mitigation team
  • Ensure job quality by monitoring progress, completing necessary paperwork, and updating job files
  • Train and mentor restoration technicians to maintain company standards
  • Operate industry equipment like dehumidifiers, air movers, extractors, and moisture meters

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in water mitigation/restoration
  • Prior leadership or mitigation experience
  • IICRC Certifications in WRT/ASD (Water Restoration Technician / Applied Structural Drying) are a big plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
