Pay Range: 23.50-$28.50/hr depending on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

What You'll Be Responsible For

As our Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you will own the accounting function and ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accounts payable & accounts receivable management
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Payroll
• General ledger maintenance
• Month-end and year-end close processes
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Managing vendor relationships
• Supporting leadership with budgeting and financial insights
• Maintaining strong internal controls

You will be trusted to manage the details while also providing financial clarity to leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper
• Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online (required)
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, process-driven, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills
• Accounting degree preferred
