Star Heating and Cooling is hiring a motivated Entry Level HVAC Service Technician who is dependable, customer-focused, and eager to learn. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a few months of experience who wants hands-on training, year-round work, and long-term career growth.

What You'll Earn

• $21 - $29 per hour (starting rate based on experience) + performance bonuses

Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-call rotation only as needed after training)

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on residential HVAC systems
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service and clear recommendations
• Complete service tickets and accurate documentation
• Work independently while being fully supported by an experienced team
• Grow your skills quickly with paid training and real on-the-job experience

What You Need

• EPA Type II Certification (required)
• 6+ months of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus (not required)
