HVAC Installation Manager
TNT Heating & Air Inc. is a 33-year-old licensed and insured HVAC company servicing both North Carolina and South Carolina. Position Summary: To manage the installation operations of the company which includes overseeing the daily dispatch of the crews, ordering and purchasing equipment and materials, inventory stocking program, and overseeing all warehouse functions. Clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers apprised as to company schedule and requested lead time. Oversee the training and efficiency of company installers. Implementation and enforcement of company's purchasing policy. The overall supervision of the company's installation crew and the profitability of installation jobs. Must be familiar with all applicable codes and ensure work is done properly, within allotted timelines and on budget.
Pay: $60-65k base salary plus commission and bonuses
Work Hours: Mon- Fri 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Schedule may vary. Some weekend work as needed.
