What You'll Do:
- Run 45-55 pre-set in-home appointments each month
- Evaluate homeowners needs and present HVAC solutions
- Build trust and guide customers through their own options
- Follow a proven, consultative sales process
- Work closely with install team to ensure a smooth experience
What We're Looking For:
- In-home sales experience (HVAC, windows, solar, roofing, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable working in attics and demanding environments
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and committed to personal and team success
- Follows through and takes ownership of results
- Values professionalism over pressure
