Integrity Bingo is looking for a Warehouse & Customer Support professional who enjoys variety in their day - helping customers, supporting warehouse operations and keeping orders moving smoothly.

You'll be a key part of ensuring our customers receive the products they need - accurately, on time, and with exceptional service.

What You'll Do

As the Warehouse & Customer Support Specialist, you'll help keep operations running smoothly by supporting both customers and warehouse logistics.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as a primary support contact for Kansas customer accounts, assisting Oklahoma customers as needed.
  • Responding to customer calls, emails and walk-in inquiries regarding orders, product availability and delivery timelines.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and providing order status updates and follow-ups.
  • Assisting with product deliveries, equipment installations and basic troubleshooting.
  • Receiving and organizing incoming freight and inventory in the warehouse.
  • Pulling, staging, and packing orders for delivery or shipment.
  • Supporting inventory control through cycle counts and stock monitoring.
  • Assisting with customer invoicing, payments and order documentation.
  • Providing general office support and assisting the Office Manager and sales team.
  • Maintaining knowledge of company products and equipment to better assist customers.
  • Contributing to a safe, organized and team-focused work environment.
  • Other duties as required.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, warehouse operations, logistics or distribution preferred.
  • Strong computer and order-processing skills.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (sponsorship is not available).
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
