We're currently looking to add a HVAC Senior Residential Technician to our growing team!

Job Summary

As an HVAC Senior Technician, you will be responsible for accurately diagnosing HVAC issues and performing high quality repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance on residential and light‑commercial systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and a willingness to take on leadership responsibilities.

Weekly on‑call rotation is required.

Pay

$30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HVAC service technician experience
  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Experience working with a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Proven ability to make repair vs. replace recommendations
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
  • Understanding of air balancing principles and techniques
  • Ability to participate in weekly on‑call rotation

Preferred Qualifications

  • HVAC Technical School certificate of completion
  • NATE Certification
  • 5+ years of HVAC experience
  • Insurable driving record
  • Possession of required HVAC tools
