Job Description

HVAC Install Apprentice | $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:00am to 5:00pm | occasional overtime

What we are looking for:

  • Someone with 6 months or more of residential and/or light commercial retrofit installation experience, or combination of education and experience
  • We offer full-time, year-round work, company paid training for industry certification including NATES and Electrical Trainee instruction and hours

What you will be doing:

  • Working with a lead installer
  • Residential retrofit/change out installs
  • Installing
    • Gas Pipe
    • Refrigeration Pipe
    • Duct work
    • Mini splits, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, split systems etc.
  • Brazing and soldering
  • Able to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance
  • Consulting and educating customer on equipment being installed and Indoor Air Quality accessories

Qualifications / skills:

  • 6 months + HVAC installation experience, or combination of education and experience
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • 06B or 06A Electrical trainee card or obtain once employed
  • Certification of completion from trade school desired
  • Understanding of HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
  • Willingness to invest time in training and seminars, including industry certifications / NATES, and Electrical Trainee instruction & hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license and insurable driving record
